Although reaching a career singles high of 199 in 2006, Sarah has been concentrating on doubles since 2008. She has played in all four Grand Slams, having reached the second round at Wimbledon in singles (2006) and at the Australia Open in doubles (2010). It was the summer in 2010 when Sarah reached her doubles career high ranking of 65, after a winning performance in the AEGON Trophy and a semi-final appearance in Stanford pushed her towards the top 50. Later that year, Sarah was selected to represent England at the Commonwealth Games in Delhi where she contested the women's doubles and the mixed doubles. She returned home from India with a bronze medal alongside partner Ken Skupski and topped off the year with her highest ever year-end ranking. She made her Fed Cup debut in 2009 and has now represented GB in a total of eight Fed Cup ties. She worked her way up the British junior rankings and soon became the No. 1 ranked U16 girl in GB. Daneika left her family home at Scales, near Aspatria in 2009 to move to the National Tennis Centre at Roehampton and has now stepped up to the main women's tennis tour a year early to raise her game. She won her first women's singles title at the first attempt at the AEGON British Tour event in Wrexham. She is now competing in ITF tournaments internationally and has spent much of 2011 travelling in GB and Turkey. She has been one of the top ranked juniors for her age group and played at Number 1 in the Summer Cup team in 2010 having represented her county at every age group. She represented her Leicestershire in Group 1 at County Week Eastbourne and made history by being the youngest ever competitor. In 2008 she was an Orange Bowl quarter finalist and in 2009 a quarter- finalist at the Eddie Herr. She is the current 14&U AEGON British Junior National Championships doubles champion, came runner-up at the 2011 U14 European Winter Cup and in February this year Katie was selected to represent GB in the 16&U Tennis Europe Winter Cup where the team reached the semi-finals. Katie's aim is to improve her ITF ranking and to play at Junior Wimbledon. She represented GB in The Maureen Connolly Cup in Eastbourne against the USA, the European Championships in Switzerland and the Summer Cup in Italy. She made her Junior Wimbledon debut in doubles, then played doubles and singles a year later. As well as playing Junior Wimbledon Lucy also progressed through the pre-qualifying. She played a few senior ITF events in 2010, but started to really concentrate on senior tournaments in 2011. After deciding against travelling to Australia for the first Junior Grand Slam of the year, Lucy focussed on the ITF events in Europe, reaching her first ITF semi-final at Bath $10k.
