Used to prevent the door striking the wall behind and causing damage; especially useful in high-traffic areas or windy locations.Manual hold-openAllows the door to be set in the fully open position to allow free passage. NOTE: this option is not recommended for use on fire doors.Electromagnetic hold-openThe door may be set in the fully open position as above, but if a fire alarm is received the door will automatically close. Unlike manual hold-open, EM hold-open may be used on fire doors.Delayed closingSlows down the initial speed at which the door closes.
