Accessibility and inclusion Equality is one of the seven values of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, while enabling access to the arts and culture for all is part of Arts Council England's strategic plan for 'Great Art for Everyone'. These aims and values are reflected in the inclusive approach our projects take to working within their communities to engage the widest possible range of people. Arts and cultureLondon's Big Dance introduced a strand of Luminous Soul, part of the Northern Ireland activity to engage older people, bringing Connections programme, encourages disabled together older people's dance companies people to try out contemporary dance, and in and older people's groups.
