The following is an approximate guide, but you should check with the College before enrolling on your course to make sure you have the full details. Full and Part-time Further Education courses If you are under the age of 19 on 31 August 2011, you will not pay fees. There are a few courses where fees may be applicable.Learners over 19 on 31 August 2011 will pay a fee that will vary depending on the course. Payment will also be required for examination or examination registration fees, and materials. Professional coursesFees are set by the relevant professional body and may have special contributions attached. Please speak to our Engagement Services team on 020 8090 3020.Higher Education (HE) coursesAll learners on HE courses pay fees which are set annually by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS). International learner feesThese vary according to the course. You will also pay for any examination fees. Please email for more information.Refund policyRefunds are only issued when a course fails to run or you are unable to attend due to the action of the College. Please contact us for more details.How do I pay?You will pay for your course as part of your enrolment and we accept all major credit and debit cards, cheques or cash. It may be possible for you to pay in instalments and if you are intending to claim a concessionary fee, you will need to bring the relevant documents with you when you come to enrol. You must inform us of any changes in your employment or financial status. Together we will determine what is the right course for you. There's no need to feel nervous. Just bring examples of your work where applicable and talk us about your previous experiences, knowledge and skills.We will offer you a courseCongratulations! We will offer you a conditional place (e.g. you need to gain the minimum grades required) or we will offer you an unconditional place (e.g. there are no conditions attached to the offer). Don't worry. We'll explain exactly what you need in our letter to you.Complete your enrolmentWhen we invite you to come in to enrol, please make a note of the date and time. If you cannot make this time, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to make alternative arrangements.Please remember that your place on a course in not secured until you have completed the enrolment process and paid full or partial fees. If we let you know that formal interviews are not necessary, you can enrol on your course on one of the dates listed here.If by the summer you haven't been through the usual application process, you can still get on a course as long as there is a place available.
