Back in 2008 CRASH helped to upgrade key facilities after it was approached to help improve the showers and toilets on the premises. And that's where Imtech came in. After being enlisted to help by CRASH, the firm reviewed the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) scheme for the building to develop a solution for the refurbishment of the bathroom facilities. Imtech provided a design lead and a public health engineer to liaise with the City Road team, the builder and the suppliers over the course of several months to make sure the project was delivered to the highest possible standards. The firm also provided project advice throughout the build and final inspection of works to make sure the result created a modern, secure and up to date facility for the tenants.Imtech ensured a modern, secure and up to date facility for the tenants of City Road in LondonImtech has ambitious growth plans but is also dedicated to its role as CRASH patron, and finds time for both fundraising and updating facilitiesgrowth. In November 2010, Imtech Group announced its new growth strategy for 2011-2015 which will see revenue rise to ?8bn through a mixture of organic growth and targeted acquisition. Through this growth the company aims to; strengthen its position in existing European buildings, industry and traffic and infrastructure markets, expand activities in Europe and in the global marine market, follow key customers beyond Europe into emerging markets, focus more on the growth of green technology in the energy and environment market and grow in specific technology domains such as data centres and waste water.
