This technology combines ease of application, exceptionally fast cure, and durability, to provide a cold liquid applied waterproofing product second to none.BAUDER LIQUITEC ROOF SYSTEMThis polyester reinforced system is intended for both new build or refurbishment projects and can be applied to a wide variety of substrates including concrete and timber decks, as well as most existing waterproofing membranes such as asphalt, bitumen membranes, and even synthetic single ply, subject to condition and suitability. If insulation is to be incorporated, an inverted roof construction is recommended. The system comes with a 20 year guarantee as standard.BAUDER BALCONY, WALKWAY AND TERRACE SYSTEMThis system incorporates all the features and technology of the Bauder LiquiTEC Roof System with the added benefit of a heavy duty wearing course to make it suitable for use in both light and heavily trafficked areas. If an insulated system is required this will be an inverted roof construction, with a surfacing such as pavers or timber decking. The system is supported by a 10 year guarantee.Benefitsn Considerable health and safety benefits during application, as there is no requirement for hot works of any kind.n Cost savings compared to traditional systems due to a saving in labour hours through speed and simplicity of application.n Although thicker and therefore more robust and hard wearing than other cold liquid applied systems, it is much thinner than asphalt, which means threshold heights can be kept to a minimum. bauder.ie86BAUDER LIQUITEC ROOF SYSTEMETA CERTIFICATION - CE MARKINGThe products used within the Bauder LiquiTEC Roof System are tested and certified under ETAG 005 - Liquid Applied Waterproofing Membranes issued by the European Organisation for Technical Approvals (EOTA).
